Combat Jiu-Jitsu Worlds (CJJW) Featherweight Champion Keith Krikorian will be looking to become the first Combat Jiu-Jitsu ChampChamp, as he moves up to take on the Lightweights on June 5 of this year…. A match not to miss!
CJJW Featherweight title and other wins
Krikorian won the CJJW Featherweight title in December of 2021 and is looking to repeat his success in just over a month. Last December, he was not timid with his submissions, submitting every opponent in the tournament, not to mention 3 rear-naked choke finishes.
He’s a 10th Planet Black Belt under Richie “Boogeyman” Martinez Krikorian, which undoubtedly has aided him throughout his combat grappling career. Krikorian continues to reach new levels in the Jiu-Jitsu world, competing at the highest levels at every opportunity. The guy has the winner’s mindset!
Just weeks ago, he conquered the ADCC West Coast trials 66kg division…. the most extensive trials the ADCC has ever had. Also, he took on Kade Ruotolo for the Grapplefest championship just months ago. He’s keeping a tight competitive schedule in 2022.
The current lineup for CJJW is as follows:
Lightweights: Keith Krikorian, Damien Anderson, Ashley Williams, Kieran Kichuk, Jordan Holy, Jim Alers, Mikey “Rolls” Gonzalez, Diego Lopes, and David Weintraub.
